How does the free trial work?
Send the form below and we switch on a 30-day trial of the package you choose. No card is needed, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends: choose a package to carry on, or simply stop.
Can we pay monthly, quarterly or yearly?
Yes. Quarterly saves 10% and yearly saves 20%. Yearly plans also include setup and staff training at no cost.
Can we change package later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and the new features switch on straight away. If you move to a smaller package, the change happens at your next renewal.
What happens if we stop paying?
Nothing is deleted, ever. The system moves to Starter: the front desk keeps working, and the other modules stay viewable and exportable until you renew.
Can guests pay online?
Yes. Your booking page can take card and bank payments through Paystack or Flutterwave, checked with the payment company before the booking is confirmed. Guests can also choose to pay at the hotel.
Does it work without internet?
It runs online, in the browser. For outages, print the one-page morning sheet and note changes on paper until you are back online.
Where is our data kept?
On your hotel's own website. Intelbiz Solutions does not receive your guest, booking or payment records.
Can we set our own currency and taxes?
Yes. You set your currency, VAT and any other charges, included in your prices or added on top.
Can staff use it on their phones?
Yes. It works in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. Each person logs in with their own account and only sees their part.
